One Way Heroics has a number of normal and hidden Steam achievements. These are the following achievements along with their requirements.

| Afternoon Stroll | Cleared the Afternoon Stroll Difficulty. |
| Crueling Campaign | Cleared the Grueling Campaign difficulty. |
| Inhumane Odyssey | Cleared the Inhumane Odyssey difficulty. |
| A Real Walk in the Park | Cleared the Walk in the Park difficulty without utilizing the Dimensional Vault. |
| The True Afternoon Stroll | Cleared the Afternoon Stroll difficulty without utilizing the Dimensional Vault. |
| A Truly Grueling Campaign | Cleared the Grueling Campaign difficulty without utilizing the Dimensional Vault. |
| The Really Inhumane Odyssey | Cleared the Inhumane Odyssey difficulty without utilizing the Dimensional Vault. |

| Sara's Bizarre Adventure | Witness the Demon Lord Epilogue |
| The Soulless Knight | Witness the Duke Galtz Eplilogue |
Note: For all character dialog achievements, they must talk to you 3 times after raising their affection rating. Then, you must defeat the Demon Lord or the Darkness while they are still alive.
Note: No epilogues are available on Walk in the Park difficulty.
Note: Only one epilogue can take place at a time. If you have more than one character in your party it will choose the ending based on the order that they joined the party. If you want to get multiple achievements with one run you can:
- Save
- Defeat the Demon Lord
- Load and let the character whose ending you witnessed die
- Defeat the Demon Lord again
- Repeat for each character
